Joseph Ray founded Obsidian-Elite Financial Services LLC. In 2020. As Principal Owner, Joseph A. Ray oversees the firm’s sales and marketing division, and customer relations. With a hard-working attitude and a need to help others Obsidian-Elite Financial Services LLC also known as OBE was formed, we are building a steady presence and stellar reputation on the east coast.

A native of Bronx, New York and born in Brooklyn, Joseph attended Bronx Community College and Moved to Baltimore Md and attended Coppin State University for Business. He soon began investing, assisting in renovation projects and even built a house from the ground up in Montross VA. Drawing on this success, working in the mortgage industry over 10 years Joseph went on to obtain his brokerage license and formed a Mortgage brokerage Company in 2020.

What does Joseph do to relax?

Staying active comes easy to Joseph. Praying and Studying the Word of God is his passion. A Serious Green Bay Packers fan also a supporter. Joseph has spent time helping the inner-city kids by coaching basketball and counseling.

His interests include traveling, chess, teaching in church, learning Spanish, public speaking and mentoring young people on business and entrepreneurship. An avid prayer warrior, Joseph enjoys politics helping people understand what’s right from wrong assisting others in having a relationship with God and saving lives. For more than 20 years, he has lived to help make people lives better spiritually and physically helping souls be ready to enter the Kingdom of God.
